Ingredients

• Espresso: 40 ml
• Vanilla ice cream: 160 g
• Vegetable cream: 40 ml
• Savoiardi cookies: 50 g
• Ground cinnamon: to taste

Cooking steps

1. Mix espresso, ice cream, and cookies in a pitcher.

   Required ingredients:

   • Espresso: 40 ml
   • Vanilla ice cream: 160 g
   • Savoiardi cookies: 50 g

2. Whisk with a cappuccino maker until foam starts to form.

3. Pour into rocks.

4. Decorate with whipped plant cream and a cookie stick.

   Required ingredients:

   • Vegetable cream: 40 ml
   • Savoiardi cookies: 50 g

5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

   Required ingredients:

   • Ground cinnamon:  to taste

6. Serve!
