Another unexpected and forgotten by many option is milk jelly. Here we will give you only one piece of advice: the milk should be very tasty, not store-bought, but some kind of farm milk.

Pour 3 cups of milk into a pot, bring to a boil, and add sugar. Dissolve corn or potato starch in 1 cup of cold milk or boiled water, pour into the boiling milk, and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat while stirring constantly.

For flavoring the jelly while it's hot, you can add vanillin, 4-5 drops of almond essence, or grated lemon or orange zest and mix well. Pour the hot jelly into cups and cool.
