Cherry Beer Mulled Wine with Raspberry Puree

At the Beer Pairing beer restaurant, mulled wine is made with beer, not wine. The ingredients include Czech beer with a rich cherry aroma, a little triple sec, and lots of spices. If this is good for windswept Prague, then it will be all the more suitable for snow-covered Moscow. The barista of the signature cuisine restaurant Beer Pairing shared the recipe with us.
