First, you need to prepare tangerine gin. For this, you will need lemon and tangerine zest without albedo (the white part of the peel). Mix the zest with gin and place it in a dark, cool place for 24 hours. You can speed up the process by putting the container with gin and zest in the microwave on high power for 2 minutes. The tangerine gin is ready.
- Lemon zest: 1 piece
- Mandarin zest: 3 pieces
- Gin: 300 ml

Mix lemon and tangerine juices.
- Freshly squeezed tangerine juice: 200 g
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 100 ml

Mix 50 ml of mandarin gin, 20 ml of mandarin-lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
