Watermelon and Raspberry Lemonade

There is nothing easier than to puree watermelon pulp with a blender, getting the basis for a variety of drinks. Freshly squeezed watermelon feels quite confident with carbonated mineral water and lemon, and when combined with raspberry syrup, it simply blossoms. This lemonade feels like pure snow with the taste of summer, an oxymoron that cannot exist in nature. Remove the seeds and skin from the watermelon and blend until smooth.
- Watermelon: 250 g

Mix the chopped watermelon flesh with the other ingredients, except for the soda.
- Raspberry: 30 pieces
- Lemon juice: 30 ml
- Raspberry syrup: 30 ml

Strain the obtained mass through a sieve into a tall glass with ice, add soda, and garnish with fresh watermelon.
