Separate the mint leaves from the stems.

Put mint leaves in the teapot and add rosehip extract.
- Fresh mint: 1 bunch
- Dried rose hips: 2 g

- Yarrow: 7 sprigs

Heat the water, bring it to about 90 degrees. Do not let it boil.
