First, prepare the cordial. Mix water, sugar, and acids until fully dissolved. Add brine and fresh cilantro, and let it steep for an hour. Strain.

- Citric acid: 20 g
- Jalapeno Pepper Brine: 30 ml
- Coriander: 100 g

Mix tequila and 60 ml of cordial, chill in a mixing glass.
