Borodinka

8 servings

10 minutes

Recipe from Evgeniy Nerubenko, head bartender of the bar "Sailor and Seagull". Classic bread liqueur, the aroma of Borodinsky bread is enhanced by the addition of caraway seeds. It goes with literally everything, but Evgeniy Nerubenko especially recommends pickled cucumbers and sprats as an appetizer.
