Dry the horseradish in a dehydrator. Pour all ingredients with vodka.

- Carnation: 5 piece
- Black peppercorns: 5 g
- Grainy mustard: 2 g

Infuse at 55 degrees for 12 hours or in a dark cool place for 7 days.

Strain all ingredients without squeezing too hard. Add honey, cabbage brine, and mix well. Chill before serving.
