Infuse vodka with saffron for 24 hours (0.20 g of spice per liter of vodka).
- Vodka: 50 ml
- Saffron: 0 g

Mash kumquat in a shaker, then add vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, fructose syrup, shake with quilaia extract until frothy (if using egg white, about 15 ml per serving). Strain the cocktail into a glass.
