To prepare for lemonade: soak lemon peels with sugar in a 2/1 ratio overnight. The sugar draws out the juice from the peels, and the juice dissolves the sugar, resulting in a thick syrup without water.

In a 400 ml glass filled to the top with ice, add 45 grams of syrup, 200 ml of medium carbonated water, and mix well.

Add a double espresso on top. If making at home — 70 grams of very strong coffee and 150 ml of sparkling water.
