Simple chicken broth is the foundation of Russian cuisine, a beloved and time-tested recipe that warms and nourishes. Its history goes back centuries when simple meat broth became the first step in creating complex soups. The broth is rich, clear, and aromatic thanks to the slow simmering of chicken with onions and carrots. Its mild flavor, light sweetness of vegetables, and tenderness of chicken make it versatile—it can be enjoyed as a standalone dish or used as a base for soups and sauces. This broth is true culinary classic that protects against colds, helps restore strength, and brings comfort to every home.
