Diet Khachapuri

Dietary khachapuri is a light and healthy version of the famous Georgian dish that retains its traditional flavor while offering a more balanced composition. Instead of classic yeast dough, a cottage cheese base with rice and corn flour is used, making the dish tender and nutritious. Khachapuri is shaped like a boat, with its center filled with an egg, fresh herbs, and soft cheese pieces, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. A slight spiciness adds zest while the crispy edges provide a pleasant texture. This dish is perfect for those who watch their diet but do not want to give up Georgian culinary delights. It is best served hot to enjoy the gooey cheese and rich flavor of the herbs.
