Frittata with mushrooms and ham

Frittata is a classic Italian dish, an omelet with various additives, usually vegetables and meat. You can fill this dish with any components to your taste, seasoning them with different types of cheese and spices. Easy and quick to prepare, this dish will perfectly decorate your table.

Peel the onion and chop half of it into small cubes.
- Onion: 0.5 piece

We separate the bell pepper from the seeds and cut it into cubes, about 1 cm.
- Red sweet pepper: 0.5 piece

Cut the ham into strips of 1cm x 3cm.
- Ham: 100 g

We cut cherry tomatoes into slices.
- Cherry tomatoes: 4 pieces

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Mozzarella cheese: 100 g

We finely chop sage and thyme.

Mix eggs with milk, salt, and pepper, whisking until smooth.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Milk: 0.5 glass
- Salt: to taste

In a preheated skillet with a metal or removable handle (since we will put the skillet in the oven), pour olive oil, sauté the ham and onion until golden, add bell pepper, sage, and thyme. Stir. Remove from heat.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Ham: 100 g
- Onion: 0.5 piece
- Red sweet pepper: 0.5 piece
- Sage: to taste
- Thyme: to taste

Add beaten eggs and mozzarella to the pan; this cheese is soft and will provide juiciness, tenderness, and a creamy taste when melted. Mix well. Top with slices of tomatoes.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Mozzarella cheese: 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes: 4 pieces

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Do not overcook the frittata in the oven, and it will remain juicy and tender like soft-boiled eggs with melted, gooey cheese.
