Dietary cottage cheese casserole with cherries is a delicate and airy dessert that combines health benefits and delightful taste. Inspired by Russian traditions, it features natural ingredients: oats, cottage cheese, eggs, and juicy cherries. The light tartness of the berries contrasts beautifully with the softness of the cheese mixture. Oats give the casserole a pleasant texture and make it more filling.
