We will need a 340 g jar with a tightly sealing lid.

Pour the oatmeal, add milk and yogurt, then add honey and blueberry jam, followed by cinnamon.
- Oat flakes: 150 g
- Milk: 80 ml
- Natural yoghurt: 80 g
- Blueberry jam: 1 tablespoon
- Buckwheat honey: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: pinch
