Dried fruits and nuts can be cut as you wish. During Lent, granola can be combined with any plant milk or yogurt, as well as jelly and juice.

1
Chop any nuts to your taste, you can chop half and leave the other half whole (I used cashews, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds).
- Nuts: 150 g
2
Cut your favorite dried fruits into small pieces (I took dried pears, crab apples, and apricots)
- Dried fruits: 150 g
3
Mix the flakes, nuts, and dried fruits.
- Oat flakes: 400 g
- Nuts: 150 g
- Dried fruits: 150 g
4
If the honey is thick, melt it in a water bath first. Mix with vegetable oil (I have a mixture of cocoa butter and extra virgin olive oil).
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil: 100 ml
5
Pour the oil and honey mixture over the flakes, mix thoroughly. Spread the granola on a baking sheet, flatten into an even layer, and place in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Oat flakes: 400 g
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil: 100 ml
6
During cooking, take out the baking tray 3-4 times and stir the flakes.
7
Cool the finished granola completely and store it in a glass jar.

I served with strawberry puree, banana, and thick white yogurt. If you love milk, great, just warm it slightly and add the flakes, or use it cold. Fresh juice, kefir, Greek yogurt, or drinkable — all are wonderful bases for granola.
