Take 1 cup of millet porridge/boiled millet. Add an egg, milk, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix everything.
- Millet: 1 glass
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Milk: 1 glass
- Wheat flour: 4 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 0.3 teaspoon
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

If you want to add raisins to the dough.
- Raisin: to taste

Place the pan on medium heat and grease it with oil (like for pancakes).
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Place the dough on the heated skillet with a tablespoon.

Cover the pan with a lid and fry the pancakes for 2 minutes until the top sets and the bottom browns. You may need to reduce the heat. Then flip them over, cover with a lid, and fry for another 2 minutes.
