Pour milk into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Milk: 280 ml

Gradually sprinkle semolina into hot milk while stirring quickly to avoid lumps.
- Semolina: 80 g

Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Remove the porridge from the heat and stir in 2 teaspoons of Nutella paste. Cover with a lid and let it sit.

For banana mousse, peel the banana, cut it into slices, place it in a blender, add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, cream, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and blend until smooth. Pour the result into a sauce boat.
- Bananas: 1 piece

- Cream 33%: 100 ml
