Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Wash the potatoes well, chop the bacon and onion. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Potato: 4 pieces
- Bacon: 8 pieces
- Green onions: 10 g
- Cheddar cheese: 230 g

Pierce each potato several times with a fork and place in the microwave on high power for 4 minutes, then turn them over and put them back for another 4 minutes. Carefully transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. You can check readiness with a toothpick.

Meanwhile, fry the bacon over medium heat for 8 minutes until it is brown and crispy. Then place it on a paper towel.

Cut the potatoes lengthwise and let them cool for 5 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 245 degrees. Use a spoon to scoop out the insides of each potato to create a hollow.

Coat the potatoes inside and out with oil, season with salt and pepper. Then place them back on the baking sheet skin side down and bake for about 8 minutes. Sprinkle the potatoes with bacon and cheese and continue baking for another 7 minutes until the cheese bubbles. Top with green onions and add sour cream.
