In a blender, mix parsley, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, and 2 cloves of garlic until a paste forms, but not too smooth.

In a saucepan, heat the butter, add chopped garlic and chili pepper, and sauté for thirty seconds, stirring constantly.

Peel the shrimp, leaving only the tails, and importantly remove the digestive tract. Add to the pan. Once they turn pink, add pesto, mix thoroughly, and let it soak for one minute while stirring constantly.
- Tiger prawns: 1 kg

Add cream, a little hot water to prevent the dish from being too fatty. Add salt and pepper to taste, let it simmer for a minute, add finely grated parmesan, it will thicken the sauce, let it dissolve completely. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
