Grilled mushrooms in sour cream marinade are a true embodiment of Russian gastronomic tradition, where the simplicity of ingredients combines with rich flavors. Tender mushrooms infused with the aroma of garlic and fresh dill gain a special creamy softness thanks to the sour cream. Marinated mushrooms absorb flavor nuances, and the grilling process adds an appetizing smoky note. This recipe is perfect for a summer picnic, a cozy outdoor dinner, or as an accompaniment to meat dishes. Serving the mushrooms hot allows you to enjoy their juiciness and rich taste, while cooling them makes for a great snack. The simplicity of preparation makes this dish accessible to everyone, and its versatility allows for experimentation with marinades by adding new spices or herbs.
