Chop 2 cloves of garlic and mix with peeled shrimp, 2 tablespoons of oil, and salt. Let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes.
- Garlic: 14 cloves
- Peeled king prawns: 500 g

Crush 4 cloves of garlic, heat in a pan with 6 tablespoons of oil over medium heat for 4-7 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and let the oil cool to room temperature. Discard the garlic from the pan.

We thinly slice the remaining 8 cloves. Return the pan to low heat, add garlic, chili, and bay leaf to the oil. Cook until the garlic is soft, without letting it brown (4-7 minutes).

Increase the heat to medium and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and fry for another 2 minutes on the other side.
