Grilled Radicchio, Pumpkin and Green Onions

Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Cut radicchio into pieces, pumpkin into circles, zucchini into large circles, and green onion in half. Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Radicchio salad: 600 g
- Pumpkin Squash: 1 piece
- Young zucchini: 2 pieces
- Green onion with bulb: 1 bunch
- Extra virgin olive oil: 0.3 glass
- Coarse salt: to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

Place the vegetables on the grill and cook until soft and slightly charred: green onions for about 3 minutes, pumpkin and zucchini for 4-5 minutes, radicchio for 10 minutes. Turn the vegetables constantly.

Place the vegetables on a plate and drizzle with lemon juice.
