Corn on the cob in lemon-garlic glaze is a true symphony of flavors inspired by sunny Brazil. There, corn is an integral part of traditional cuisine, and its sweet taste perfectly complements the aroma of garlic and the freshness of lemon. The glaze made from butter and olive oil makes the dish tender and rich, while freshly ground pepper adds spiciness. The easy preparation and simplicity of ingredients make this recipe a great option for both everyday dinners and festive gatherings. The corn caramelizes in citrus sauce, revealing its natural sweetness, and serving it with the remaining aromatic sauce adds even more juiciness. This dish pairs wonderfully with meat dishes or can be a standalone delicacy for vegetable lovers.
