Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat, finely chopped gherkins, bell pepper, and herbs. Add a little salt, pepper, and chopped garlic. Mix well. Then add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly again.
- Minced meat: 100 g
- Gherkins: 5 piece
- Red sweet pepper: 0.5 piece
- Green: to taste
- Garlic: to taste
- Spices: to taste
- Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon

Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Wash well, cleaning the insides from the membranes.
- Fresh champignons: 12 pieces

Fill the caps with filling.

Line a baking tray with foil. Place our mushrooms on it, cover with a second sheet of foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the top sheet of foil, sprinkle each mushroom with cheese, and back in the oven until the cheese melts and turns into a golden crust.
