Green bean garnish is an elegant and simple dish of European cuisine that can complement many main courses. Historically, beans have been widely used in cooking due to their tender texture and light, slightly sweet flavor. In this recipe, it gains a special creaminess from the cream, while garlic adds a spicy note. It pairs perfectly with meat and fish dishes and can also serve as a light snack on its own. The beans are first boiled and then sautéed in butter, enriched with cream to create a silky texture and rich flavor. This harmonious combination of freshness and tenderness makes the dish versatile and beloved in everyday and festive menus. It can be served with a slice of fresh bread or enhanced with aromatic herbs for even greater gastronomic pleasure.
