In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, softened butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Add ricotta and thinly sliced ham and zucchini. Then add chopped basil and mix well.
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Butter: 20 g
- Milk: 0.3 glass
- Sea salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Ricotta cheese: 0.5 glass
- Ham: 75 g
- Zucchini: 1 piece
- Basil leaves: 0.3 glass

Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a small pan and heat well over medium heat. Pour half of the batter and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat the same with the remaining batter, adding more oil.
