Corn pudding is a delicate and aromatic dessert with a rich texture that traces back to ancient European recipes. Its base is corn, but the uniqueness comes from using popcorn, which adds airiness and lightness. The creamy consistency is achieved through milk and buttermilk, while butter and eggs contribute softness and rich flavor. The light sweetness of sugar balances the gentle aroma of wheat.
