Peel the boiled shrimp from the shell and cut into pieces.
- Boiled shrimps: 400 g

Prepare the filling: boil fluffy rice, mix it with shrimp, and season with breadcrumbs, raw egg, salt, and pepper.
- Rice: 0.5 glass
- Boiled shrimps: 400 g
- Breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, cut out a part of the flesh with seeds at this spot, and stuff with the prepared filling.
- Tomatoes: 8 pieces

Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
