Herring and Kiwi Tartlets
15 servings
30 minutes
A quick (and much more elegant) version of herring under a fur coat. Unlike the bulky fur coat, for which the ingredients need to be grated, folded in several layers, and then the salad needs to sit overnight, here the dish is ready almost instantly , especially if you use ready-made tartlets. And the combination of herring and kiwi is much more interesting than the already boring potatoes, carrots, beets, and mayonnaise.
