Prepare all the ingredients. Light the coals.

Wash and cut the zucchini lengthwise into quarters.
- Zucchini: 3 pieces

Mix olive oil, dried oregano, dried garlic, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Ground dried garlic: 0.5 teaspoon
- Chili pepper flakes: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Remove the zest from the lemon.
- Lemon: 1 piece

Mash the feta with a fork.
- Feta cheese: 100 g

Mix yogurt with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, feta, and lemon zest. Set aside some zest for decoration.
- Natural yoghurt: 150 g
- Olive oil: 50 ml

Grease the zucchini with a mixture of oil and spices.
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Ground dried garlic: 0.5 teaspoon
- Chili pepper flakes: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Place the zucchini on the rack cut side down.

When one slice is browned, place the zucchini on the other slice and brown it as well.

Serve grilled zucchini sprinkled with remaining lemon zest and lightly drizzled with lemon juice. Dip in feta sauce.
