Pass beef and peeled onion through a meat grinder, add water, salt, pepper, paprika and mix the minced meat well. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Beef: 400 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Water: 0.3 glass
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Sweet paprika: to taste

Beat the egg lightly with a fork and pour it onto a flat plate. Roll part of the minced meat into a ball, then flatten it with a knife on flour to form a thin circle of large diameter. Place the minced meat circle on the beaten egg.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil, bring a plate with egg and minced meat close to the pan, and with a sharp motion pour the contents into the pan so that the egg stays at the bottom and the minced meat is on top.

Fry one side of the egg, then flip and fry the side with the minced meat. Remove from the pan and quickly roll it up. Do this four times.
