Kefir flatbreads are a fragrant and tender treat that comes from deep European village traditions. This simple recipe embodies the coziness of home and the warm atmosphere of family meals. Kefir gives the dough a special softness and a slight tang that harmonizes with the golden crispy crust. The soda reaction makes the flatbreads airy, and a small cut on the surface allows them to cook evenly. They can be served as a standalone dish, replacing bread, or paired with honey, sour cream, jam, and other tasty additions. A wonderful choice for breakfast or a cozy dinner!
