Thaw the dough in advance, then roll it out a bit, cut out 6 small squares (10 by 10 cm), and cut the remaining dough into strips (1 cm) to make borders for the squares.
- Yeast puff pastry: 500 g

Lightly beat the egg and brush it over the squares, especially the edges and outer sides.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place squares of dough on it. Prick the dough in several places with a fork and put it in a preheated oven (180 degrees, or 200 degrees for 15 minutes) for 20 minutes.

Slice 3 tomatoes into rounds, one tomato into cubes, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater to visually have enough to sprinkle over all 6 squares.
- Hard cheese: 50 g

Chop a small amount of cilantro finely.
- Fresh cilantro (coriander): 1 bunch

Remove the squares from the oven and place tomato slices in the formed indentations, filling the gaps with finely chopped tomato.

Spread a layer of cottage cheese 5 mm thick on top of the tomatoes and evenly distribute it if necessary.
- Cottage cheese: 120 g

Sprinkle the cream cheese with herbs.
- Fresh cilantro (coriander): 1 bunch

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and send it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
- Hard cheese: 50 g
