Soak wooden skewers in warm water for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the open part of the hearts (where the vessels attach), rinse them from blood clots, and dry them.

Prepare the marinade. Put tomato sauce and honey in a small saucepan and heat on low without boiling. Add oil and soy sauce.
- Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
- Dark soy sauce: 1 ml

Chop the garlic and add it to the marinade, mix well.
