In a saucepan, bring oil, honey, and sugar to a boil, then add baking powder and soda. Cool to room temperature.
- Butter: 100 g
- Flower honey: 125 g
- Sugar: 120 g
- Baking powder: 9 g
- Soda: 9 g

Add eggs to the butter mixture. Separately, mix flour with vanilla sugar. Combine the flour mixture with the egg-butter mixture and cool.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 375 g
- Vanilla sugar: 3 g

Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll out into layers 1 mm thick and 26 cm in diameter. Set aside the scraps of dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Cool down. Grind the scraps in a blender into crumbs.

Whip the cream, sour cream, and powdered sugar to peaks.
- Cream 35%: 350 ml
- Sour cream 20%: 350 g
- Powdered sugar: 220 g

Spread cream evenly on the cake layer, cover with a second layer, and assemble the entire cake this way. Sprinkle the cake with crumbs and let it soak in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
