We peel the nectarines, remove the pit, and put them in the freezer for a couple of hours.

We are placing frozen nectarines into the blender bowl

We pour wine over them and sprinkle with sugar
- Pink champagne: 100 ml
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons

Whip until homogeneous and pour into the mold

Send to the freezer. After a couple of hours, take it out, stir, and back to the freezer.
