Boil the potatoes after peeling them until cooked. Drain the water and mash with a fork. Add salt, one whole egg, and one yolk, and mix thoroughly.

Chop the onion, garlic, and meat into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until half-cooked, and add salt.
