Cottage cheese casserole with banana and pear is a delicate, airy treat that combines the sweetness of fruits and the creaminess of cottage cheese. American cuisine is famous for its casseroles, which have gained popularity worldwide over time. This version combines the health benefits of natural yogurt, the light sweetness of banana, and the refreshing taste of pear. Thanks to stevia and sugar substitutes, the dish is perfect for those monitoring their sugar levels. The casserole turns out golden and fragrant with a soft yet firm texture.
