Soak 2 tbsp of gelatin (level) in a glass of cold boiled water and let it swell for 50-60 minutes.
- Gelatin: 2 tablespoons
- Water: 200 ml

Mix the yogurt well with sugar.
- Natural yoghurt: 580 g
- Stevia extract: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar substitute in tablets: 5 piece

Wash the raisins. Chop the nuts a little, separate the mandarins into segments.

Evenly distribute the fruits and nuts in the souffle dish.

When the gelatin swells, bring to a boil (but do not boil!), immediately remove from heat and pour the hot mixture into the yogurt. Mix well.

Pour the fruits with the yogurt mixture, mix evenly, sprinkle with muesli on top, and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.
