Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water with sugar and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Fresh yeast: 16 g
- Water: 310 ml
- Sugar: 60 g

- Wheat flour: 530 g

Add an egg and butter and knead the dough.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml

Knead for about 7 minutes, add vegetable oil and knead for another 10 minutes.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for 2-3 hours. It should triple in size.

Gently punch down the risen dough and let it rise again. When it has doubled in size, roll it out and cut out rounds using two circular forms of different diameters.

Fry the puffs in heated vegetable oil on both sides.

Place them on paper towels to get rid of excess fat.
