Mix kefir, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, butter, vinegar and semolina well. Add baking soda to the flour and gradually sift it into the mixture while stirring with a whisk. The dough should be like thick sour cream.

- Sunflower oil: 0.5 glass
