Prepare the base: grind the oats using a blender or coffee grinder.
- Oat flakes: 200 g

In a bowl, mix oats, water, and 2 egg whites. It should form an elastic dough. Let it sit for 10 minutes for the oats to swell.

- Water: 8 tablespoons
- Egg white: 3 pieces

Thaw the berries and mix them with half honey or sugar. The berries will release liquid, which is better to drain.
- Frozen berries: 350 g
- Honey: 70 g

Lay the base in one mold or spread it in molds, flatten it at the bottom and make edges, poke with a fork to avoid bubbles, and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 175°C.

Filling: mix cottage cheese, egg white, honey or sugar
- Soft low-fat cottage cheese: 250 g
- Egg white: 3 pieces
- Honey: 70 g

Take the base out of the oven, let it cool, then add the filling and top with berries.
