Apple and custard pie

Apple pie with custard is an exquisite combination of soft dough, delicate cream, and fragrant apples wrapped in cinnamon and almonds. This dessert belongs to Russian culinary tradition, where apples are often used in baking due to their sweetness and slight tartness. The custard gives the pie a velvety texture, making each piece melt in the mouth. The pie is perfect for cozy family evenings or festive tea gatherings, where its creamy-fruity flavor complements the aroma of freshly brewed tea. Powdered sugar and almond flakes complete the composition, creating a crispy crust that contrasts with the tenderness of the filling. The simplicity of preparation and harmony of flavors make this pie a beloved treat for the whole family.
