Whole grain waffles

Whole grain waffles are delicate and crispy treats inspired by traditional French cuisine. They combine the lightness of airy batter with the rich, slightly nutty flavor of whole grain flour. Historically, waffles have held a special place in European gastronomy, becoming a favorite dish at breakfast and festive tables. Their preparation begins with whipping eggs to fluffiness, mixing with melted butter and sugar, then adding mineral water and two types of flour. After a short rest for the batter, the waffles are baked to a golden crispy crust. Perfect for serving with honey, berries or soft cream cheese, they provide cozy enjoyment and wonderfully complement the morning ritual. The magnificent combination of textures makes them a favorite treat for both adults and children.
