Diet chocolate brownie without flour, sugar and fat

Dietary chocolate brownies without flour, sugar, and fat are a true culinary masterpiece for health food enthusiasts. This dessert comes from American cuisine, where brownies have long been considered a classic treat. However, in this recipe, traditional calorie-laden components are replaced with healthy ingredients: pumpkin puree adds tenderness, banana provides natural sweetness, and dates enhance the flavor with softness and caramel notes. Peanuts add a nutty touch while cocoa gives a rich chocolate aroma. The brownies are dense, moist, and melt in your mouth. Their uniqueness lies in the absence of flour, sugar, and fat, making them ideal for those mindful of their diet. Chilled brownies that have spent the night in the fridge become even richer and more harmonious in taste. Serve them with melted chocolate for true enjoyment!
