Roses in puff pastry are a refined French delicacy that combines the tenderness of puff pastry with the freshness of baked apples. According to legend, this exquisite dessert emerged in the culinary houses of France as a symbol of elegance and love. Each rose resembles a blooming flower, its petals are thin slices of apples lightly caramelized in sweet syrup. The taste is harmonious: the puff pastry is crispy, the apples are juicy with a slight tartness, and powdered sugar adds the finishing touch. Perfect for a cozy tea time, romantic dinner, or festive feast. These miniature roses not only please the eye but also provide gastronomic delight, turning an ordinary dessert into a work of art.
