Chop the dill finely.
- Dill: 1 bunch

Combine flour with baking soda, add dill, and mix everything.
- Wheat flour with bran: 550 g
- Soda: 1.5 teaspoon
- Dill: 1 bunch

Make a well in the center and pour in the kefir and half of the milk.
- Kefir: 250 ml
- Milk: 150 ml

Mix until a homogeneous but not too dense mass is obtained, adding the remaining milk if necessary, then place on a floured surface and roll into a ball.

Cut the dough into 18 equal pieces and shape them into balls.

Lightly sprinkle the baking tray with flour, place the dough balls on it, and bake in a preheated oven (230°C) for 20 minutes until they rise and become crispy.
