Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and room temperature margarine, beat for 5 minutes.
- Sugar: 180 g
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g
- Salt: pinch
- Margarine: 200 g

Add baking powder, soda, vinegar, egg, milk, and flour to the mixture. The dough should be very thick.
- Baking powder: 10 g
- Slaked soda: pinch
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Milk: 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 620 g

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Use molds to cut out shapes and place them on a baking sheet greased with margarine or sunflower oil.
